Company Overview

Founded in 1985, McNeil Technologies, Inc. (McNeil) is a results-oriented professional services large business with a reputation for providing solutions to a wide variety of technical and programmatic disciplines. McNeil’s success is attributed to four key principles.

Customer Understanding

Achieving client satisfaction is the number one priority for all McNeil employees. We make it a point to learn their agency nuances, their dynamics, and their programs.

Exceptional and Empowered Personnel:

McNeil employees possess advanced degrees and credentials in their specific areas of expertise required for their jobs, e.g., PhD’s, Certified Records Management (CRM) Experts, linguists with 5-5 test scores. Our employees are empowered; we eliminate the “red tape” and invest the client support team with the ability to “make it happen”.

Partnership based Quality Assurance Programs:

From project initiation through completion, our integrated partnership approach to quality assurance guarantees that projects are delivered within all customer and contract performance parameters. We build in quality at the beginning of every project through a partnership approach that aligns our processes with client requirements, deliverables and expectations.

Rigorous Management Systems:

We tailor the management approach for each project to our customer’s specific preferences and practices. Whether managing a contract worth $10,000 or $100 million, we understand that in today’s business environment, successfully meeting client needs requires a tailored management approach.
