I never even expected him of having
any guns. He did not seem like a guy who was into violence or who
would pick a fight with anybody, really. When I saw him, he was on
his computer typing on a Word document, or watching TV. I saw him
watching wrestling on Friday nights but nothing violent ever, no.
That's why I never suspected him of anything like this. He was
definitely really quiet and an introvert. I tried talking to him
several times at the beginning of the year but he would just look right
through me and not have any expression on his face. You'd say "hi"
to him, he would never say "hi" back, not even a nod of the head just to
say "hi." I just got used to him just being there, and not talking
to anybody, so I just gave up after a while. When I suspected --
the police were already here -- that was when I first suspected that was
him. Before that, I could never have imagined that it could be
him. He didn't seem like a guy who could even hold up two guns and
shoot. I definitely feel fortunate that if I had tried harder to talk to
him, it could have made him angry at me. I don't know if it could
have been avoided but I would definitely like to know that he was
disturbed way before the incident happened.
