In earlier incarnations the site had been a Seabee base and even a camp for prisoners of war. Under the CIA it would have many code names, chief among them Isolation. Its name to the outside world was Camp Perry. To Agency recruits it was affectionately known as the Farm. For decades to come, there was hardly a covert operative who did not pass through its rigors and smile at the mere mention of the words "the Farm." Its existence was one of Washington's worst-kept secrets, but what went on there and who was there were matters of strictest secrecy. Even among those undergoing training, identities were sometimes tightly compartmented. Before the callow officers arrived, they would be assigned pseudonyms. At the Farm, generations of covert officers were instructed in the basic skills of espionage -- known reverently as tradecraft. "Ordo Templi Orientis," by WhoIs wrote:

Consider the possible Notariqon of IO; IO = input/output PAN = all. Therefore, I perceive IO PAN to be the input/output of the ideas of all. One views the Multi-verse and puts forth energy through action; a reaction occurs within the impressions manipulated by the eye of the perceiver. Now that one's mind comprehended that which was first perceived, the energy reconciles back into the mind of the perceiver letting him know the energy was manifest and so on until the end. That which we perceive should not be taken for granted; if one sees a dead mouse in an alley it should be viewed with love (under will) and regarded with the utmost respect as part of one's destiny and True Will. When this is accomplished, the Input produces more energy and the Initiate perceives things on a more subtle level and relinquishes the petty "ordeal of disgust" in nature. If you hate clowns learn how to juggle; if you fear insects eat escargo or chocolate-covered ants. Let's say that the Khu corresponds to Nephesch (the animal soul of things); and the Khabs corresponds to Neschamah (the God-Head of ones Point of View). We, as magicians, envision our Khabs as a store-house of manifested energy and therefore Invoke a God to en-dwell it which then radiates energy into our Khu. Thus, we are perceived as Kings of the Earth, for our Khabs is in our Khu; if our Khu was in our Khabs, we'd be kneeling in homage to another person's god-head and as long as the Khu is in the Khabs, one is stuck in the mechanical current of inertia in matter, faith in a failed invocation of another's God-Head and the blindness of hope out of this sticky situation. By worshipping the Khabs unto all, we enflame ourselves with the Prayer of the Hawk and our energy level becomes higher than the norm. These were sent forth at the same time -- and Dionysus under several diverse forms -- to enlighten Six Great Civilizations, about to be drawn together by the opening up of communications over the planet by the expansion of the Roman Power. After these there stood almost alone the name: APOLLON. But above that extract, the whole width of the chart, the word I A O. So, when the time was ripe, appeared the Brethren of the Formula of Osiris, whose word is I A O; so that men worshipped Man, thinking him subject to Death, and his victory dependent upon Resurrection. Even so conceived they of the Sun as slain and reborn with every day, and every year. Now, this great Formula being fulfilled, and turned into abomination, this Lion came forth to proclaim the Aeon of Horus, the crowned and conquering child, who dieth not, nor is reborn, but goeth radiant ever upon His Way. Even so goeth the Sun: for as it is now known that night is but the shadow of the Earth, so Death is but the shadow of the Body, that veileth his Light from its bearer. "The Borgias," by Alexandre Dumas, Pere The Imperial throne was occupied by Frederic III, who had been rightly named the Peaceful, not for the reason that he had always maintained peace, but because, having constantly been beaten, he had always been forced to make it. The first proof he had given of this very philosophical forbearance was during his journey to Rome, whither he betook himself to be consecrated. In crossing the Apennines he was attacked by brigands. They robbed him, but he made no pursuit. And so, encouraged by example and by the impunity of lesser thieves, the greater ones soon took part in the robberies. Amurath seized part of Hungary. Mathias Corvinus took Lower Austria, and Frederic consoled himself for these usurpations by repeating the maxim, Forgetfulness is the best cure for the losses we suffer. At the time we have now reached, he had just, after a reign of fifty-three years, affianced his son Maximilian to Marie of Burgundy and had put under the ban of the Empire his son-in-law, Albert of Bavaria, who laid claim to the ownership of the Tyrol. He was therefore too full of his family affairs to be troubled about Italy. Besides, he was busy looking for a motto for the house of Austria, an occupation of the highest importance for a man of the character of Frederic III. This motto, which Charles V was destined almost to render true, was at last discovered, to the great joy of the old emperor, who, judging that he had nothing more to do on earth after he had given this last proof of sagacity, died on the 19th of August, 1493, leaving the empire to his son Maximilian. This motto was simply founded on the five vowels, a, e, i, o, u, the initial letters of these five words "AUSTRIAE EST IMPERARE ORBI UNIVERSO." This means "It is the destiny of Austria to rule over the whole world." So much for Germany. David Wise and Thomas B. Ross, "The Invisible Government," wrote: When Allen Dulles became the CIA director in February, 1953, the agency was housed in a ragged complex of buildings at 2430 E Street in the Foggy Bottom section of the capital. A sign out front proclaimed: "U.S. Government Printing Office" ... Although the CIA's main headquarters at that time was the E Street complex, which had been used by the OSS in World War II, the agency was scattered about in thirty-four buildings all over Washington. District Attorney William O'Dwyer and Naval Intelligence officers discovered that the brothel was a nest of Nazi agents. One of those who mingled with those agents was Senator Walsh. In an affidavit made in Raymond Street jail following his arrest, Beekman gave detailed testimony about Walsh. He said that Walsh used to come to his bordello on Sunday afternoons -- at least ten times between July 1941 and March 1942. Beekman reported that he saw the senator in close conversation with another customer, described only as "Mister E," who was known as "the Nazi's ace spy in the U.S." Mister E would arrive with sailors and would question them on their ships, their comings and goings and destinations. Mister E was accompanied by a number of Germans who were also acting as espionage agents. The spies specialized in luring soldiers and sailors and determining information from them. Thirty days after a new E-Systems (read: NSA) computer dedicated to command and control had come on-line, the CIA determined that a copy of the operating code was in the hands of the Israelis. In the attempt to determine how the leak had occurred, it was discovered that -- through E-Systems' relationships with Systematics (Alltel Information Services) -- both Vince Foster and Hillary Clinton, Rose Law Firm lawyers for Systematics, had some access to the purloined code. That's why Vince Foster was under counter-intelligence investigation when he was murdered. Vince Foster also had a blue notebook giving options for nuclear war, which he kept in Bernie Nussbaum's safe. No one seemed to grasp the relevance of all this. My question is -- why didn't Ed Meese just pay the damn bill, and none of this would ever have come to light! Danny Casolaro was chasing the stolen software when he stumbled on what it was being used for. NORMAN: Well, the trouble with it was that they bought it for use in the Justice Department, but they were going to use it all over the place. If they were paying royalties on it, Inslaw would know just how extensive the use was of the software, and they didn't want people to know how extensively it was going to be used. "Dead Saudi Major Related to 9-11 Terrorists?," by Tom Flocco wrote: PHILADELPHIA -- Amid reports in the days after the September 11 attacks that two of the hijackers, Saeed Alghamdi and Ahmed Alghamdi received flight training at Florida’s Pensacola Naval Air Station, a new dot has been connected which may shed more light on past revelations that 9/11 terrorists learned to fly at secure United States military bases. Royal Saudi Air Force Major Ambarak S. Alghamdi had continued to remain in his position as a Pensacola Naval Air Station flight instructor after the 9/11 attacks, notwithstanding his Saudi Government ties -- and that most of the terrorists were Saudis. [This incredible information came out just four days after the attacks, but no member of Congress or the 9-11 Commission called for a public inquiry into this relationship.] No reports are forthcoming, however, about whether Government investigators or victim family attorneys have yet sought information and biographical reports or files from the State Department or Saudi Arabian government as to whether the Saudi flight instructor was related to three FBI-named United and American Airlines hijackers who had the same Alghamdi surname. An FBI press release (9-27-2001) listed the third Alghamdi -- Hamza -- as yet another hijacker who was on the same United Airlines 175 jet as Ahmed Alghamdi, both of whom crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center with doomed Americans. Strangely, however, Saudi Major Ambarak Alghamdi is now dead -- victim of a mysterious, unexplained, and largely uncommented-upon plane crash on May 8 in clear weather. Two other victims of the accident were from the Raytheon Corporation, which now owns technology via its E-Systems division that is capable of, “disrupting or taking down airplanes .... with advanced guiding systems,” according to patented technology invented by Texas physicist Bernard J. Eastlund.

"Welcome to Terrorland -- Mohamed Atta & the 9-11 Cover-up In Florida," by Daniel Hopsicker wrote: The Tampa Tribune report offered tantalizing glimpses of privilege accorded Saudi Nationals denied to American citizens. We figured the evacuation of the Saudis to have been accomplished through the CIA, and tried to track down the owner of the Lear in question. Since the plane took off from a private hanger at Raytheon Airport Services in Tampa, we contacted them first. Raytheon is a major defense-intelligence industry player which spent the past decade expanding, purchasing notorious E-Systems and then merging with Hughes Electronics' defense operations (Hughes Aircraft). When we asked who had owned the Lear that took off from their facility that morning, we learned that Catch-22 is still alive and well. Raytheon said we would have to ask the owner of the plane to tell Raytheon they could tell us who owned the plane. "I checked our policy on disclosing owner/customer information and we decline to do so unless that owner requests that we release the information," a Raytheon spokesman told us with a faint smirk. Since we didn't know who the owner was, how could we first ask them for permission to release their names? Later a knowledgeable aviation source told us that the Lear jet in question had come from a Naples, Florida charter service. "Wally Hilliard owns the only charter Lear service in southwest Florida," said the source. "If a Lear was flying that day, it would have been his." Hilliard of course is the financier who purchased Huffman Aviation for Rudi Dekkers, and it had been the terrorist's American beachhead. So not only had Hilliard financed the operation which trained Mohamed Atta and assorted other members of his terrorist cadre to fly, but he apparently also owned a Lear jet used to extricate Saudis from the Raytheon facility in Tampa. Tampa, of course, is also home to the Pentagon's Central Command (CentCom). It was the place from which the war in Afghanistan was run. On television, Rudi Dekkers was everywhere being interviewed. What the designated hitter is to baseball, Dekkers was to sound bites about the terrorists who had been living among us. Dekkers was the designated "interview-EE."
