You know, I used to make fun of mom and dad with my friends all the
time. "Payless Fashion Central." I deserve it. I
deserve it, I do. You know, I prentended my best friend's parents
were my own. Back in junior high. You know, that school
class photo with their parents?
[Gigi] Oh, Teresita and Jose love that
picture.
[Lila] Well, I moved a little closer to
my friend's parents, so as long as that photo existed, people would
think I was their daughter and not my mom and dad's. I miss them.
[Gigi] Teresita and Jose couldn't have
a better daughter. That's how they feel.
[Lila] Hey, you know what? This
