Singer and
songwriter Leonard Cohen filed a lawsuit against his former
business manager for allegedly stealing $5 million from his
retirement savings, personal accounts and investments. Lynch
worked for Cohen for 17 years, but after her position was
terminated, she refused to return photographs, records and
memorabilia. A Superior Court judge granted Cohen a $9.5 million
default judgment. --
