FEMA FIDDLED WITH NEW ORLEANS LEVEE -- EXPLOSIVE RESIDUE FOUND ON FAILED LEVEE DEBRIS |

- September 11/2005 - Divers who have inspected the ruptured levee surrounding New Orleans found burn marks on underwater debris chunks taken from the broken levee wall. A member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, says the cause was immediately obvious. The FEMA coordinator who was in attendance at the time intervened and said "You are not here to conduct an investigation as to why this rupture occurred, but only to determine how best to close it." The FEMA coordinator then threw the evidence back into the water and said "You will tell no one about this." The FEMA coordinator sent the diver back down to finish inspecting the levee. The diver probably risked his life doing what he did next. He removed a small chunk of the debris and hid it inside his wet suit, then sent it to an unnamed U.S. Army Forensic Laboratory at Fort Gillem, Georgia, where it was tested for residues. What they found was mind-blowing. A military forensic expert has determined that the burn marks on the cement chunks came from high explosives. Anonymous sources say "We found traces of boron-enhanced fluoronitramino explosives as well as PBXN-111 embedded in the debris. This would indicate at least two separate types of explosive devices." The levee ruptures in New Orleans did not take place during Hurricane Katrina, but rather a day after the hurricane struck. This fact is reinforced by victim accounts which describe helicopters flying over homes and ignoring victims cries for help even before the levees breeched and the city flooded. They say that the floods had not come but helicopters and other vehicles were ignoring the need to rescue or evacuate. The hurricane had since passed by, so it makes no sense that the water came so much later. Several residents of New Orleans and many Emergency Workers reported hearing what sounded like large, muffled explosions from the area of the levee, but those were initially discounted as gas explosions from homes with leaking gas lines. If you remember, explosions didn't really come until much later, after the hurricane had passed. Fires didn't begin to 'break out' until quite a bit later, so it stands to reason that FEMA, under the orders of the Bush administration set off the chemical and fuel plant explosions that plagued the city in an effort to hide the sounds of the levee explosions. This is just more proof that hurricane katrina was staged and all efforts after the storm passed were geared toward a campaign of total genocide...a deliberate act of mass destruction perpetrated by someone with access to military-grade UNDERWATER high explosives, someone in positions of high-power who would not have to fear consequences. Without thinking too long or hard, we all know who holds that kind of power in the United States! It is typical of the criminality in this Bush administration that the head of FEMA was hired for his inability to perform his job properly. This gives the Bush Nazis an excuse which is alleviated by the simple firing of the incompetent FEMA director. This trick is so old, so used-up, that it is beyond pathetic that it could be used anymore as a viable escape from prosecution for high-up government-crimes, especially crimes against humanity and animal cruelty. |
