Please find enclosed a second copy of a letter I previously sent you three months ago, plus one I have sent to the California State Bar Association regarding your failure to contact me concerning my offer of settlement this matter, by means of which you are directly exposing your client to a lawsuit by entirely ignoring this communication.  I believe your conduct not only violates common courtesy and norms of the legal profession, but also violates the following California Rules of Professional Conduct: Rule 1-120.
